We design, install, and support cloud-based security systems that unify CCTV, access control, and alarms into a single integrated cloud platform — giving your team real-time visibility, centralized control, and consistent security across every location.
Client stories
Our clients typically come to us after they’ve already compared cloud based security solutions online. They aren’t asking, “What is cloud?” They’re asking, “Who can implement this across my organization without breaking everything?”
We start with:
From there, we design cloud-based security systems that support those workflows.
Cloud security solutions are evolving and improving. BTI offers free assessments, designs, and installation scopes for alarm, access control, and camera cloud migration projects.
BTI is a certified cloud solution provider for all the major cloud and on-premise providers including Avigilon, Meraki, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Alarm.com, Verkada, Milestone, Axis, YourSix and others. This expertise means one call solutions to migration and integration problems that plague other single vendor providers.
Most cloud vendors focus on one slice of security at a time leaving gaps clients discover after the sale is complete. BTI offers free design, integrated security plans, installation, and support in-scope so you know all your costs and have a single partner responsible for quality delivery. As needed, Security, IT, Cybersecurity, AV and VoIP technicians team together to answer all your questions and ensure your cameras, access control, alarms, and connectivity are compatible and integrated with the rest of your technology stack.
Security products and vendors with decade long footholds have often engineered functionality that still exists but is otherwise unseen. Both the legacy vendor and the cloud provider usually operate on lock-in approaches to contracts, upgrades, and migrations. BTI provides the expertise to understand both sides fully and integrate the solutions needed into the project up front avoiding mistakes, hidden costs, and unnecessary lock-in that sabotage success or appear later.
Unlike national chains, BTI delivers its solutions in house with licensed technicians, ISNetworld Certified Safety and Liability Coverage, and ISO aligned cybersecurity and IT configuration policies – all for the same licensing costs but often with far better performing and lower cost support and installation than national chains or private equity roll-ups.
Our team designs, implements, and supports cloud-based security systems from leading manufacturers, with a focus on cloud-based camera systems, cloud-based access control systems, and cloud managed alarm systems. Because we have both security technicians and IT specialists on staff, we’re able to handle the physical devices, the network they run on, and the cloud platforms that tie everything together.
Get centralized visibility, health monitoring, and remote access to every site for your cameras from a single cloud video management system (VMS) platform.
Remove access, adjust schedules, and review activity across every site without logging into multiple systems or maintaining on-premises access control servers.
BTI integrates cloud managed intrusion and alarm systems that bring panels, zones, and alerts into the same view as your cameras and access control.
BTI designs and supports cloud based security systems using proven, enterprise-grade platforms. We match each site to the right mix of cloud-based camera systems, cloud-based access control, and cloud managed intrusion—then we stay responsible for keeping it all working.
We help companies that:
In these environments, BTI acts as the long-term integrator responsible for the health and evolution of your cloud-based physical security.
We document your existing cameras, access control, alarms, and network, and map out which parts are ready for cloud, which can be reused, and where upgrades are needed.
Our security and IT engineers recommend specific cloud platforms and a reference design for video, access, and intrusion, aligned with your compliance requirements and IT standards.
BTI technicians handle installation, configuration, and cutover. We migrate recording, access control, and alarm monitoring into the new cloud environment with minimal disruption to operations.
Once the system is live, we train your team, provide documentation, and hand it off to BTI’s support staff for monitoring, changes, and long-term care of your cloud-based physical security.
At BTI, we like to help businesses of all sizes maintain resilience and reduce risk through world-class cloud-based video security, access control, alarm, voice, data, and IT security services.
Get real-time monitoring and proactive support, preventing downtime and keeping your services securely running.

Read guide →In many cases, yes. A lot of organizations move to cloud based camera systems and cloud based access control systems using the hardware they already own. During an assessment, we document your current devices and let you know what can be reused, what needs an adapter or gateway, and what should be replaced as part of the move to cloud based security systems.
That’s usually the main goal. When we design an integrated cloud security architecture, we aim for one interface where you can see cameras, doors, and critical alarms across all sites. You still decide who can see what, but the management experience is centralized instead of “one system per building.”
Because BTI has security technicians and IT staff in-house, we address both the physical and network requirements. We coordinate bandwidth, VPNs, VLANs, and firewall rules so your cloud based video surveillance, cloud access control, and cloud alarm system run reliably on your network—without leaving that work entirely on your IT team.
No. Most organizations phase into cloud based security solutions. We often start with one area—such as cloud based video surveillance or cloud based access control—and then expand to other locations and systems over time. We’ll build a migration plan that balances risk, budget, and internal capacity.
BTI works with a short list of vetted cloud based security platforms, including Motorola Solutions / Avigilon Alta for cloud based video surveillance and cloud access control, plus other enterprise-grade cloud VMS and access solutions. We recommend specific platforms based on your regulatory requirements, IT standards, and long-term support needs.
