IT is treated as a core stakeholder. Early in the project we review network design, VLANs, addressing, identity/SSO, logging, and change control expectations. Architecture, platform choice, and rollout plans for the cloud based CCTV system are documented and agreed with IT before deployment.

BTI then aligns camera networks, firewall rules, and identity policies with your IT and compliance standards so the cloud CCTV deployment fits your existing security model.

Not necessarily. BTI evaluates your current cameras, encoders, and NVRs and identifies what can be reused in a cloud based CCTV system. In many cases we use cloud connectors/bridges and hybrid designs so you can retain compatible devices while moving recording and management into a modern cloud based video surveillance system.

BTI designs around each site’s bandwidth and survivability requirements. Options include edge or local recording with scheduled cloud sync, selective streaming (primary/secondary streams), and “record-to-cloud” overlays for critical cameras. The goal is to maintain evidentiary video locally while still benefiting from centralized, cloud-based management.
