The baseline is the technical assessment. Our managed support services team will review your current systems and their support needs to determine what is needed to make and keep them operational. A detailed inventory and action plan will be provided at this point with recommendations based on comparison of the current state and the ideal state for these systems. 

Business Assessment

If needed, we will work with you to identify technologies you could be using to meet your business goals faster and more affordably. Based on your short, medium, and long-range plans, we will work with you to develop a roadmap for growth, compliance, and efficiency with incremental steps for you to evaluate and plan for the future.

Proposal

Finally, we work with you and your team to provide a customized proposal and scope of support to meet your exact needs. This proposal will include fully itemized and transparent pricing and a service level agreement for you to evaluate and compare to the market.

Acceptance

Upon acceptance, BTI works with you to onboard your systems and vendors into our support services systems and transition service responsibility on your preferred timeline.
